For the CreaTower I construction project, KIBECO is supplying over 300 m³ of KIBECO MIGROX Oulesse, a cement-free lean concrete. The material consists of recycled mixed demolition waste and contains no cement. This conserves primary raw materials and reduces CO₂ emissions compared to conventional lean concretes.

What’s particularly exciting is that the load-bearing and ceiling structures are designed to be dismantled—thereby turning the CreaTower itself into a repository for raw materials.
