In Schaffhausen Herblingen, right next to the FC Schaffhausen stadium, a Fastned fast-charging station for electric cars and trucks is being built.

KIBECO Leancrete MIGROX, our cement-free lean concrete made from mixed demolition waste, was used in the construction of the utility lines for the Fastned fast-charging station. Approximately 20 m³ were used for the base, the encasement, and the backfill around the utility lines.
The project was carried out by KIBAG Bauleistungen at the Müllheim-Wigoltingen site, which implemented a conventional civil engineering application using a material that keeps existing resources in the cycle while simultaneously reducing CO₂ emissions.
