On 24 October, we celebrated the première of our KIBECO Talk in the Volkshaus in Basel. After two successful events in Zurich, we now had the opportunity to bring together prominent personalities in Basel for the first time.

Starting with Cantonal Councillor Esther Keller, who not only opened the event, but also provided fascinating insights into the sustainable decisions of the City of Basel – despite it being her own birthday.
This was followed by two keynotes by Jörg Dietrich, Head of Climate/Energy at the SIA office, and Johannes Eisenhut, Managing Director of SENN Development AG on the subject of an environmentally friendly construction strategy. To complete the picture of innovative solutions, the founders of start-ups oxara, neustark and FenX each delivered five-minute elevator pitches.
The successful evening culminated in a stimulating panel discussion, during which thoughts and experiences on environmentally friendly building strategies and sustainable urban development were exchanged.
At the subsequent flying dinner, the guests had the opportunity to talk to each other in a relaxed atmosphere and develop their impressions and ideas further.
We would like to thank everyone involved, especially Esther Keller, Johannes Eisenhut, Jörg Dietrich, Philippe Noger, Valentin Gutknecht, Gnanli Landrou and Etienne Jeoffroy for their attendance.
