New-build development at Zwischenbächen
A new residential development with around 157 apartments is being built at Zwischenbächen in Zurich, which will create additional living space for the district.

The complex is complemented by communal and multi-purpose rooms as well as a double kindergarten, creating a diverse and lively living environment. The first construction phase was completed in November 2023.
The project also relies on resource-saving building materials for its realisation. KIBECO supplies a total of around 14,500 m³ of KIBECO concrete. As a result, 145 tonnes of CO₂ were permanently stored in the concrete.
