Construction of new “Bellis” project in Effretikon
A modern residential and commercial development known as BELLIS is being built in the centre of Effretikon combining sustainability, urban use and future-oriented construction.

The complex comprises 44 apartments, commercial and office space and business apartments, thus creating a versatile living and working space. There is particular emphasis on ecological and sustainable building concepts during the planning and implementation.
KIBECO is supporting the project with around 7,500 m³ of KIBECO concrete. Around 75 tonnes of CO₂ are permanently stored in the concrete by using CO₂-mineralised recycled aggregates.
