New construction “Bramenring C” in Kloten
The Bramen C housing estate is a pioneering residential construction project that creates additional living space while relying on a resource-saving construction method.

Since December 2023, replacement buildings for the Bramen C residential estate have been built on behalf of Schönheim housing cooperative under the management of Spleiss AG. On the approximately 14,457 m² site, the existing residential offer will almost triple from 39 to around 100 to 120 apartments, thus creating much-needed living space.
KIBECO is supplying around 11,000 m³ of KIBECO concrete for the project. As a result, around 110 tonnes of CO₂ could be permanently stored in the concrete.
