The 12
The commercial building «The 12» covers 5,000 m2 spread over seven floors with a scheduled completion date in April 2024.

This property in a prime location directly at Bellevue in Zurich is being comprehensively renovated. Originally built in 1973, the commercial building is being fully renovated at the request of Halter AG and developed into a modern office building with around 5,000 m² of usable space on seven floors.
In addition to the architectural and functional renovation, sustainability is also an important part of the project. The targeted use of resource-saving building materials contributes to reducing the environmental impact.
KIBECO was able to support the project with around 500 m³ of its environmentally friendly concrete. As a result, 5 tonnes of CO2 were permanently stored in the concrete of the building.
