A terrazzo floor covering around 500 m² is being made that is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also technically effective. Clay stores heat, regulates humidity and thus ensures a pleasant indoor temperature. All living spaces throughout the building were completed with KIBECO Cleancrete Nossim, leaving only the stairwell and wet rooms aside.

Since cement is completely dispensed with, significant CO₂ emissions are saved. The reuse of filter cakes that would otherwise end up in landfill is also particularly valuable. The circular economy concept is thus consistently implemented and residual material is transformed into high-quality building material.
