The MACH commercial building is a pioneering building project on the Kochareal site in Zurich that combines sustainable construction methods with flexible working environments. KIBECO is contributing to the resource-saving implementation of the project with its innovative concrete solution.

Between February 2024 and March 2025, a commercial building is being built on the Kochareal in Zurich on behalf of SENN AG under the management of Anliker AG. “MACH” – as the project is known – stands for productivity and the sustainable use of space.
A total of around 12,000 m3 of KIBECO concrete will be used in the new building, which corresponds to around 120 tonnes of permanently stored CO2.
