New living space is being built in Horgen with a view of Lake Zurich. The new building on Seestrasse is based not only on high-quality living but also on innovative building materials: KIBECO concrete helps to store CO₂ permanently in the structure.

Two new residential buildings with a total of 19 apartments are being built at Seestrasse 7-9 in Horgen, canton of Zurich. The attractive location on Lake Zurich is combined with modern living space and a contemporary construction method.
The civil engineering work was scheduled for completion in May 2020 before the building work started. Around 2,000 m³ of KIBECO concrete was used for the project. Around 20 tonnes of CO₂ can be permanently stored in the structure by using CO₂-mineralised recycled aggregates.
