A townhouse combining urbanity and lifestyle is being built on the Franz AG site in the Mythenquai district of Zurich. KIBECO is supporting the project with CO₂-storage concrete, thus contributing to a more resource-efficient construction method.

A total of 68 rental apartments and additional commercial space are being built in a central location. The result is a multi-purpose building that blends into the lively surroundings of Mythenquai.
Resource-saving solutions are also important when it comes to selecting building materials. KIBECO will supply around 8,800 m³ of KIBECO concrete for the project. Around 88 tonnes of CO₂ can be permanently stored in the concrete by using CO₂-mineralised recycled aggregates.
